Little Man Beast
Retired guide dog Jackson worked with my husband for many years, before hanging up his harness nearly aged ten. He is a little ray of dippy sunshine who is still obsessed with tennis balls, and does a brilliant line in truly toxic farts.
When he was first matched with my husband he came into the house and immediately cleared the coffee table of drinks and all other items with his incredibly waggy, strong tail. Being wagged on by it is like being hit with a stick (ask me how I know ! He’s wagged me in the eye several times.) He enjoy laying in doorways, and pretending his legs don’t work when it’s time to go to bed … until he hears the fridge door open, when he will come at an arthritic run, hoping for cheese.
